I ordered an expensive commercial Humidor from this company. They state at time of order that the item will most likely ship within 1-2 business days and they will send a tracking shipment email to you. After 3 1/2 weeks, they still have not shipped the item. They are not responding to emails, they do not respond to phone messages and their "live" support on their website is always offline. I have now seen many other similar complaints about the company on the internet. I had to go through my credit card company to have the item reimbursed.

Never received item...refused to send refund
HUMIDOR VAULT,a Nevada online cigar company.....I am deployed with the Army in Kuwait and ordered a humidor, when it didnt arrive after 6 whole.weeks ,I called the company and was told it wasnt sent yet and they offered to send it, no reason was given but that a lame excuse so I canceled the order...the company never gave me a refund and never returned multiple emails, several phone calls were all sent to an answering machine...never got a refund until I threatened to post my complaint on anArmy complaint site..STAY AWAY BIG RIP OFF

Same thing has happened to me! They cahrged me money and never shipped the item.
I am on the phone with my cc company now diwsputing the charge.
I have called ever number and selected the 3 extension options about 10x per day for the last week, they don't answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I did eventually get the product I ordered, but it was about 8 weeks later than they told me to expect it. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charges.
The Humidor Vault noticed the reversal and then sent a humidor to me, but it was an inferior humidor to what I had ordered and was 1/2 of the price of the one I ordered. Humidor Vault then had the wrong item picked up up and the correct one sent.
It was a hassle, but I did eventually get the product I ordered and we are happy with it. I then had my credit card company re-process the charges.
I ordered a humidor on January 18th, recieved a statement to my e-mail. I tried to call them today, pressed every department,but receieved voicemails in every department.
Should I just assume I will not be getting my product? And if so what can I do to get my money back?
Talk to your credit card company about your options with them. If you paid with PayPal you can file a disoute
They are a complete scam! Call your credit card and dispute
Customers item was delivered, to her and she did not suffer any monetary loss.
